specifically, beijing will continue to promote equipment upgrades in rail transit, heating and natural gas pipelines, and digital and green transformation of manufacturing enterprises, accelerate the organization of equipment upgrades in the energy and power, old elevator fields, and green and low-carbon transformation of key industries such as data centers, lower the total investment threshold for projects, simplify the application and approval process, support equipment upgrades for small and medium-sized enterprises, provide good services to enterprises in accordance with relevant national policies and regulations, and actively seek national financial support.

regarding old trucks, beijing will accelerate the renewal of old trucks and buses that meet the national iv and below emission standards registered in the city, with a focus on supporting the scrapping and purchase of new energy vehicles (including pure electric, hydrogen energy, etc.), and supporting the purchase of new energy cold chain trucks without scrapping.

in terms of updating new energy buses, beijing will accelerate the development of miniaturization, electrification and intelligence of public buses, promote the updating of new energy buses and power batteries that are more than eight years old, provide an average subsidy of 80,000 yuan for each new energy bus updated, and an average subsidy of 42,000 yuan for each power battery replaced, and simultaneously study and increase support policies for the replacement of fuel and natural gas buses with new energy vehicles.

individual passenger cars will receive a subsidy of 15,000 yuan for replacing new energy vehicles

the "implementation plan" proposes to adjust the subsidy standards in the "2024 beijing car trade-in subsidy implementation rules". for scrapping old cars that meet the standards and purchasing new energy passenger cars, the subsidy will be increased from 10,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan; for scrapping old cars that meet the standards and purchasing fuel passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less, the subsidy will be increased from 7,000 yuan to 15,000 yuan.

in addition, consumers who have applied for subsidies in accordance with the "2024 beijing car trade-in subsidy implementation rules" will be given additional subsidies according to the new standards. the above two types of used cars should be registered in the name of the applicant before july 25 this year (including that day).
