The meeting focused on campus safety work such as campus hidden danger investigation and rectification, "four 100%" improvement and rectification, safety education for teachers and students, closed-loop management of student enrollment, and investigation and assistance for key students. It also interspersed the study of 6 typical cases of campus safety accidents; it made comprehensive and detailed arrangements and deployments on teachers' on-time arrival at work, concentrated training on teachers' ethics, home visits to new students, standardized subscription of teaching materials, education and teaching management, dropout prevention and retention, construction of teaching alliances, digital construction of education, as well as school party building, logistics, and finance.
The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to "carefully" plan and do a good job in ensuring the start of school.
