In terms of overall appearance, the hydrogen fuel cell municipal sprinkler truck put into use this time has no obvious difference from the traditional diesel sprinkler truck. However, a closer look reveals that on its power system, the "Rongxin New Energy" and "H2" logos indicate its hydrogen-powered identity.

In recent years, as Chengdu has stepped up its efforts to provide policies and scenarios, the hydrogen energy industry has developed rapidly and new scenarios have emerged. From hydrogen-powered shared bicycles to hydrogen-powered buses, logistics vehicles, hydrogen-powered urban trains, etc., "Chengdu-made" hydrogen fuel cell systems, hydrogen-powered membrane electrodes and other products are expanding their application scenarios and are being put into use one after another.
Data shows that Chengdu has currently promoted 500 hydrogen-powered buses and logistics vehicles. CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. has jointly developed, produced and tested my country's first hydrogen-powered urban train with Chengdu Rail Transit Group. A 49-ton heavy truck equipped with a newly developed hydrogen fuel cell has fully completed the 700-kilometer round-trip high-speed direct trunk line operation between Xindu and Jiulongpo. In addition, other terminal products such as the Qinglu Technology hydrogen-powered bicycle have also been launched.
At present, Chengdu has gathered more than 100 hydrogen-related upstream and downstream enterprises, covering hydrogen production equipment, hydrogen storage pressure vessels, hydrogen refueling equipment, hydrogen fuel cell systems and other fields, and the market share of many types of products ranks among the top in the country. According to relevant plans, in the next three years, Chengdu will focus on building a "green hydrogen capital" and implement "six major projects" to promote the annual growth of the hydrogen energy industry output value by more than 25%, double the scale in three years, and enter the top five in the country.
