In September 2022, when the first inspection team of the Li County Party Committee entered the County People's Hospital for inspection, some people reported that patients could enjoy high-quality services during hospitalization. At the assignment meeting, the first inspection team of the county party committee suggested that the county people's hospital use scientific and technological information technology as soon as possible to benefit the people and continuously improve its service level.

Yang Yanfang introduced that most of these patients who need home care are unable to move or are even bedridden. The hospital launched the "Internet + Nursing" service to solve the problem of their inconvenience in seeking medical treatment.

Under the follow-up supervision of the county party committee inspection agency, the hospital party committee issued relevant systems such as the "Internet + Nursing Service" Personnel Access Management System and the "Internet + Nursing Service" Service Process Standards. The hospital discipline inspection committee conducts regular inspections and visits to strengthen supervision, listen to the opinions and suggestions of patients and their families, and continuously improve the quality of nursing.
