In response to the problems reflected on the Internet, the Luliang Municipal Education Bureau attached great importance to it and organized relevant personnel such as discipline inspection and personnel to form an investigation team to immediately conduct an investigation and verification.The investigation results are now reported as follows:

Upon investigation, it was found that Teacher Tian was hired as a primary and secondary school teacher of information technology in July 2014, and applied for the title of deputy senior teacher of information technology in primary and secondary schools in July 2024. In response to the "double standard" problem reported by Teacher Tian that the school has "accumulated points for others' commendations and rewards, and takes the highest points for its own commendations and rewards", the investigation team organized experts to re-identify the relevant information provided by Teacher Tian. According to the expert group's appraisal, the two honorary commendation materials provided by Teacher Tian are the "Excellent Teacher" certificate for the 2013-2014 academic year issued by Fengshan Senior High School in Luliang City (the private school where Teacher Tian originally worked). According to the "Opinions on the Arrangements for the Evaluation of Senior Professional Titles for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Luliang City and Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Grassroots Level" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") and the quantitative scoring standards for the evaluation and commendation of school teachers' professional titles, 1.5 points should be awarded, and 1.5 points are actually awarded; the other is the "Luliang City Primary and Secondary School Mental Health Education Advanced Individual" certificate for 2023 issued by the Municipal Education Bureau. According to the provisions of Item 4, Article 11, "Issues related to commendation" in Appendix 1 of the "Opinions" "Guiding Conditions for Professional Title Evaluation of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Luliang City", "Others commended by the education administrative department or other business competent departments for their educational and teaching work shall be reduced by one level accordingly" and "For individual majors with strong professionalism, the commendation made by the business competent administrative department may be recognized by the evaluation committee based on its degree of standardization", if the content of the commendation does not match the major declared by the applicant, the school professional title evaluation committee shall assign 0.5 points at its discretion.Teacher Tian received a cumulative score of 2 points for the two commendations.
