On August 9, the "Internet + Bright Kitchen" promotion meeting of Beijing Road Food Zone was held at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The event was guided by the Guangzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and organized and planned by the Yuexiu District Market Supervision Bureau.
It is understood thatThe construction of "Internet + Bright Kitchen" aims to create a safe and secure "Sunshine Kitchen", so that consumers can eat with confidence and operators can manage with ease, and actively build a social governance pattern for food safety with industry self-discipline, media supervision and public participation.
On-site staff demonstrated how to view important food safety information such as the kitchen environment and food processing process of catering businesses through mobile phone APP. Guangzhou time-honored catering units such as Diandude and Guangzhou Restaurant shared their experience in the construction and use of "Internet + Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove" on-site.
After the launch of the "Internet + Open Kitchen" project in the Beijing Road Food District, the Beijing Road Food District will be built into a model of "appreciating history, integrating into life, and looking forward to prosperity" through AI empowerment and technological innovation, driving Yuexiu District's catering companies into a new era of food safety management enabled by technology, and promoting a new round of catering industry in Yuexiu's "core cultural district" to develop in the direction of high quality and high efficiency.
