announcement on the second batch of municipal schools recruiting doctoral talents in 2024

in accordance with the spirit of the "handan city 2024 doctoral and master's talent recruitment work implementation plan", after research and decision, we will adopt a selection method to openly recruit 132 doctoral and master's degree talents for municipal schools from the public. the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. scope and conditions

graduates with a master's degree or above from domestic ordinary universities or graduates with a master's degree or above from overseas studies certified by the ministry of education.

applicants should be graduates on or before july 31, 2025. doctoral candidates must be under the age of 45 (born in september 1978 or later); master's degree candidates must be under the age of 35 (born in september 1988 or later); and have corresponding recruitment subject teacher qualification certificates (doctoral candidates, overseas study graduates there are no requirements for the time being, but the corresponding qualification certificate must be obtained during the probation period, otherwise the employment contract will be terminated).

those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register for the exam:

1. those who have been criminally punished or dismissed from public office;

2. suspected of violating disciplines and laws and is under review by relevant authorities but no conclusion has been made yet;

3. those who were punished by the department or above while in school;

4. there are problems with teachers’ ethics and ethics;

5. subject to the disciplinary period or the period of impact that has not yet expired;

6. those who are found to have committed fraud or other serious disciplinary violations in the recruitment (employment) of civil servants at all levels and types, and public institutions;

7. the service period has not expired according to regulations;

8. the person subject to execution for breach of trust;

9. active military personnel;

10. current staff working in administrative and public institutions within the handan city area;

2. selection of positions and disciplines

the open recruitment positions this time are professional and technical positions in municipal schools. the subjects are: chinese, mathematics, english, physics, chemistry, biology, politics, history, geography, physical education, computer, psychology, music, and art (design major).

3. registration and assessment time

candidates must send the "registration form for open recruitment of doctoral talents in handan municipal schools" to the email address [email protected] before the review and assessment. the subject of the email is: name + major of the graduate school + subject to be assessed. the registration period starts from the date of announcement and ends on the date of on-site review. each applicant is not allowed to participate in this year's municipal school evaluation twice. qualification review will be based on on-site review, and the registration form will not be used as the basis for review.

2. on-site audit and evaluation

time: october-november 2024.

4. selection procedure

1. evaluation.hire experienced teachers in relevant majors to form an expert group to conduct evaluation work. the time should not exceed 10 minutes, the full score is 100 points, and the minimum admission score is not less than 80 points. the evaluation adopts the method of trial lectures and interviews to test the candidates' teaching ability, skills, and mastery and breadth of professional knowledge. according to the evaluation results determine the personnel to be hired in order from high to low (the personnel to be hired will be notified after all evaluations at all locations are completed). those with tied scores at the bottom within the proportion will take an additional test, and those with higher scores in the additional test will enter the physical examination. the specific format of the additional test will be determined by the expert group.

doctoral candidates will be directly assessed by an expert group.

2. physical examination and inspection. the physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the current "general standards for physical examination for civil servant recruitment (trial)". organize inspections for those who have passed the physical examination. the main inspection contents are personnel files, political ideology, moral character, professional abilities, work performance, "three ages, two backgrounds and one identity", etc., and their qualifications will be reviewed. those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be determined as candidates for employment.

3. implement the position.the handan city education bureau will make overall arrangements and implement specific schools and positions based on the evaluation scores of the personnel to be hired and the job requirements of each school. the use of the establishment will be the fully funded project establishment of the handan city education bureau system.

4. online announcement.the candidates to be hired will be announced on the websites of handan municipal human resources and social security bureau and handan municipal education bureau for 7 working days.

6. other matters
