dingdian news reporters learned that zuihui logistics, which has been operating in the market for more than 20 years, was suspected of "being in trouble" by merchants because it owed hundreds of merchants money for collection.

on the afternoon of september 25, mr. kang, who sells vehicle surveillance in henan science and technology market, said in an interview with dingdian news that zuihui logistics is a long-established logistics company in the science and technology market, which has been operating here for more than 20 years. many years ago, when there were still few logistics companies in the science and technology market, zuihui logistics, changtong logistics and yuxin logistics were already receiving and delivering goods.

later, changtong logistics and yuxin logistics both developed into leading logistics companies in henan, but zui hui is not weak either. in the technology market business circle, it has always been the logistics company with the largest share of cargo.

"there are outlets of zuihui logistics in all 108 counties in henan province, and there are also outlets outside the province in places like beijing, hebei, shanxi, etc." mr. zhou, another merchant in the science and technology market business district, said that zuihui logistics has at least 300 outlets across the country.

starting from mid-to-late august, merchants in the technology market business district reported that zuihui logistics owed them more and more money for goods collected on their behalf, and that the collection time was getting longer and longer.

on august 21, when the merchants were delivering goods, they found that the drivers refused to accept the goods and started a "strike". only then did they realize that more than 100 drivers had been owed wages for three or four months by zuihui logistics.

merchants said that since mid-september, zuihui logistics' office area in the silicon valley market in zhengzhou city and the logistics park on jianshe west road in xingyang city have been vacated one after another.

the commitment letter stated, "we are now applying to the registration authority for the simple cancellation registration of 'henan xinzuihui logistics co., ltd.'" and promised that "this market entity has not incurred any debts or liabilities before applying for cancellation registration/the liquidation of debts and liabilities has been completed, and there are no outstanding settlement expenses, employee wages, social insurance expenses, statutory compensation, taxes payable (late payment fees, fines) and other unsettled matters, and the liquidation work has been fully completed."

in the letter of commitment, in the column for the signatures of all investors, han xiaoen, han jing, and wang guoli signed; it was stamped with the official seal of zhengzhou zuihui science and technology co., ltd.; and the date of signature was july 18, 2024.

merchants said that zhengzhou zuihui science and technology trading co., ltd. is what everyone calls "the smartest logistics".

tianyancha shows that zhengzhou zuihui science and technology trading co., ltd. was established in 1996. wang guoli is the legal representative and holds a 55% stake.

henan xinzuihui logistics co., ltd. was established in 2016. han xiaoen is the legal representative and holds 70% of the shares; han jing holds 10%; wang guoli holds 10%; and zhengzhou zuihui technology and trade co., ltd. holds 10%.

mr. xu, a franchisee in xuchang, said that zuihui logistics still owed him more than 30,000 yuan, of which 10,000 yuan was the franchise deposit and more than 20,000 yuan was the rebate salary.

"i think it's unlikely that we franchisees owe money to the head office. merchants can find out where the payment has gone by simply checking the delivery note number," said a franchisee.

another franchisee said that the most pitiful people in this incident of zuihui logistics are the truck drivers. most of them are transporting goods with their trucks, and they need to advance the cost of fuel, tolls, etc. some of them even have to pay car loans every month. it is said that some drivers are owed more than 100,000 yuan in wages.

according to industry insiders, when taiji logistics encountered problems in 2016, it owed merchants in henan science and technology market more than 30 million yuan. zuihui logistics is much larger than taiji logistics, and its capital pool once had hundreds of millions of yuan in collection payments. this time, the amount of collection payments and driver wages owed may be as high as tens of millions of yuan.

but li bin, office director of zuihui logistics, said that the total amount owed was only over 10 million yuan.
