this competition is not limited to products, anchors, or platforms, and is divided into "student track" and "social track". it aims to select outstanding talents in the field of live e-commerce, cultivate and consolidate guizhou's e-commerce talent pool, promote and sell high-quality products in guizhou and even the whole country, and create a strong atmosphere for the whole people to promote the high-quality development of guizhou's e-commerce, injecting new vitality into guizhou's economic and social development.

the social track is participated in by teams. the team members are practitioners of live e-commerce in the society. according to the number of fans and work experience, there are expert group and newcomer group.
applicants for the student track are full-time students enrolled in universities and secondary vocational colleges in and outside guizhou province. there is no restriction on major or grade. cross-major and cross-grade teams are encouraged to participate. participants must have been born before september 15, 2006.
the social track short video competition awards three best short video awards with a prize of 10,000 yuan; the goods-carrying competition awards are comprehensively evaluated based on the total sales, with one gold award and a prize of 50,000 yuan; two silver awards and a prize of 30,000 yuan; three bronze awards and a prize of 10,000 yuan; the 7th to 20th place winners will receive the excellence award, and each winning player in the team will be awarded a certificate. the newcomer group will be comprehensively evaluated based on the total sales, with one gold award and a prize of 50,000 yuan; two silver awards and a prize of 30,000 yuan; three bronze awards and a prize of 10,000 yuan; the 7th to 20th place winners will receive the excellence award, and each winning player in the team will be awarded a certificate.
in the student track, the short video competition awards three best short video awards with a prize of 3,000 yuan; the sales competition awards two gold awards with a prize of 5,000 yuan; five silver awards with a prize of 2,000 yuan; and eight bronze awards with a prize of 500 yuan; the 16th to 30th place winners will receive excellence awards, and each winning player in the team will be awarded a certificate.
the "social track" is divided into two parts: "sales competition" and "short video competition". the specific competition rules are as follows:
(i) competition in bringing goods
1. top 100 auditions
by conducting top 100 auditions, the top 100 experts/newcomers will be selected based on their total sales rankings on each participating platform during the competition. the players who enter the next stage will be entered into the corresponding official wechat group of the competition according to the experts/newcomers group.
2. top 50 competition
contestants will arrange their own activities according to their actual situation. the total sales of contestants on each participating platform will be counted and ranked within a unified time, and the ranking will be announced to the public. the top 50 in the expert/newcomer group will advance to the top 20 peak competition.
3. top 20 tournament
the contestants will carry out sales promotion during the final time, and will be ranked according to the total sales of each participating platform. the top 20 experts/newcomers will receive sales promotion awards.
(ii) short video competition
players can post short videos of their participation in the competition from the start of the competition auditions to the end of the peak competition. the organizing committee's selection and data statistics will be during the peak competition selection stage, and three winning players will be finally selected.
the competition includes awards for sales competition and best short video, with a focus on testing the contestants’ sales abilities.
the sales competition is mainly based on the overall sales of all competition platforms of the participating accounts, and the total sales ranking of the expert/newcomer group is used as the main scoring basis; the short video competition is conducted on the douyin platform, and examines the quality of short video creation and window sales data. there is no subdivision of the expert/newcomer track. the relevant data is calculated from the registration for the auditions and continues until the end of the competition, and the comprehensive score is calculated at the end.
the "student track" is divided into auditions, competitions and peak competitions. the specific schedule and rules are as follows:
(1) auditions.
the auditions will be conducted in the form of short video promotion, and the final ranking will be based on the comprehensive score of the short videos (60% exposure + 40% judges' score). the top 60 teams will enter the next stage.
(2) competition.
the semi-final selection will be based on two aspects: direct sales (50%) and live streaming sales skills (50%). finally, the top 30 teams will enter the finals based on the comprehensive score ranking.
(3) peak competition.
the finals will be held offline. the teams that enter the finals will compete at the designated date and time at the final venue. the main content of the competition is 40% of live streaming sales (50% of live streaming sales sales + 50% of live streaming sales skills) + 60% of live streaming review. the final ranking will be based on the comprehensive score.
competition content: there will be awards for the best short video and sales competition, with a focus on testing students' short video creation and sales capabilities.
the best short video award will be given to three teams based on the comprehensive scores of their short videos during the audition stage (the awards will be presented after the peak competition). the sales competition award will be given to 30 teams based on the comprehensive scores of the teams through competition in each stage.
