huaneng nuclear power development co., ltd.founded in december 2005 and located in beijing, it is an industrial company of china huaneng group co., ltd. specializing in nuclear power business. it has developed three major nuclear power bases in shidao bay, shandong, changjiang, hainan, and xiapu, fujian, as well as other new nuclear power sites. it has member units such as huaneng shandong shidao bay nuclear power co., ltd., huaneng hainan changjiang nuclear power co., ltd., and huaneng xiapu nuclear power co., ltd.


huaneng shandong shidao bay nuclear power co., ltd.founded in january 2007, it is located in rongcheng city, shandong province, and is responsible for the development, construction and operation management of the shidao bay nuclear power base. the base plans to build a 200,000-kilowatt high-temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration project and four "hualong one" million-kilowatt pressurized water reactor expansion projects. the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration project, a major national science and technology project, was put into commercial operation in december 2023, marking that my country's fourth-generation nuclear power technology has reached the world's leading level; the first phase of the pressurized water reactor expansion project was officially started on july 28, 2024, and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2029.


huaneng hainan changjiang nuclear power co., ltd.founded in june 2019, it is located in changjiang county, hainan province, and is responsible for the investment, construction and operation management of the two "hualong one" pressurized water reactor nuclear power units at the changjiang nuclear power base. this project is the largest power engineering investment project in hainan province. the construction of the two units is progressing smoothly and has entered the full installation stage from the infrastructure stage. it is expected that the first unit will be put into operation in 2026.


huaneng xiapu nuclear power co., ltd.founded in july 2015, it is located in xiapu county, ningde city, fujian province, and is responsible for the investment, construction and operation management of a 600,000-kilowatt high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power unit and four million-kilowatt "hualong one" pressurized water reactor nuclear power units at the xiapu nuclear power base. the base planning project has been included in the national nuclear power medium- and long-term development plan, and the four pressurized water reactor units have obtained "road permits", and the preliminary work of the first phase of the project is being accelerated.

registration requirements


1. basic conditions


1. observe disciplines and laws, be honest and trustworthy, behave in a decent manner, and identify with and practice huaneng’s corporate culture and huaneng nuclear power safety culture.


2. love your job and be dedicated to it. have the necessary business knowledge, practical experience, work ability, writing ability, communication and coordination ability to perform job duties, and have a strong spirit of unity and cooperation and a pioneering and innovative consciousness.


3. the applicant should have relevant professional and working experience in related positions and meet the recruitment requirements.


4. have good psychological quality and physical conditions to perform work duties normally.


5. applicants who meet any of the following conditions will not be hired:


(1) persons who have been punished for crimes;


(2) personnel who have been dismissed from public office;


(3) those who have committed illegal, disciplinary or regulatory violations, or have engaged in academic misconduct, or have been subject to party or government discipline or organizational sanctions and the period of influence has not yet expired;

(5) those who have been rated as basically competent or below once in the annual assessment in the past three years.


(two)recruitment positions and relevant qualification requirements

this recruitment involves nuclear power professional fields such as engineering management, professional technology, and skilled operation. please see appendix 1 for specific recruitment positions and relevant qualification requirements.


(three)other

1. each applicant can only apply for one position.


2. the recruited personnel will be subject to a probation period according to the requirements of the recruitment position, and will be formally employed after passing the assessment at the end of the probation period.


3. no commitment is made to resolve household registration, spouse’s employment, children’s schooling, etc.


4. relative avoidance requirements must be met. applicants who have a marital relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, or close in-law relationship with employees in the huaneng system must actively report the relevant relative information. the recruitment of applicants must not constitute a relative avoidance situation.

recruitment procedure


the recruitment process includes registration, qualification review, examination, inspection, physical examination, determination of candidates for employment, public announcement, and employment processing.


(one)sign up

1. download the application form (see appendix 2) and fill in your personal information truthfully. sign and confirm together with other relevant materials and generate pdf scans. please send the editable version of the application form (including two forms) and the pdf version of relevant materials (sign and confirm page by page) in the form of compressed files to the designated registration email address of each recruitment unit. the registration time is based on the time when the electronic version of the materials is received. (all materials should be named in the form of "application position + name + material name", and the compressed file package should be named in the form of "recruitment position + personal name").

(two)qualification review

(four)inspection and physical examination
