ii. executive director's duties
the duties of the curator must be closely centered around the goal of protecting and utilizing the former site of the pingjin campaign command headquarters, and specifically include the following duties.
★strategic planning and implementation: formulate and implement development strategies and plans for the old site, clarify short-term and long-term goals and tasks for protection and utilization, and ensure that the old site achieves significant results in cultural heritage, exhibitions and social education.
★environment and service optimization: responsible for the construction and management of supporting facilities, improving the environmental quality, reception capacity and service quality of the old site, and optimizing the tourist service experience.
★activity planning and organization: deeply explore the red cultural elements of the old site, plan and organize cultural activities such as exhibitions, lectures, talks, plays, etc. with red cultural characteristics, and ensure the educational effect and social influence of the exhibitions and activities.
★public relations and publicity: establish and maintain cooperative relationships with government agencies, cultural institutions, communities, schools, social organizations, etc., organize cultural exchange activities and publicity and promotion work, and enhance the visibility and communication of the old site.
★ resource allocation and operation: rationally allocate the museum’s human, financial and material resources, prepare and manage the operating budget, and ensure the sustainable operation of the old site.
