Talents introduced in accordance with the policy will be given rewards or subsidies of 10,000 to 500,000 yuan.

Strengthen vocational skills training

According to reports, in order to help the high-quality development of the Lanzhou beef noodle industry, the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has focused on vocational skills training, labor brand cultivation, human resources supply and demand docking, and support for entrepreneurship, providing human resources support for the high-quality development of the beef noodle industry. This year, the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Industry College was established at Lanzhou Vocational and Technical College, and the Gansu Xinglong Lanzhou Beef Noodle Vocational Training School and Lanzhou Vocational and Technical College were recognized as municipal-level high-skilled talent training bases for the beef noodle industry.
