According to the announcement, the housing collection is planned to be carried out in the central areas of all counties (cities and districts) in Zhaoqing City, with priority given to the existing commercial housing in the central urban area. The replacement price of the same area is used as the reference upper limit, that is, the allocated land cost and construction cost plus a profit of no more than 5%.

The completed existing commercial housing projects to be acquired must meet the following conditions at the same time, with priority given to projects that are whole buildings or whole units and can be closed for management and have not been sold: (a) They are residential or apartment-like in nature, and in principle the building area of ​​a single unit is less than 120 square meters; (b) A completion registration certificate has been obtained; (c) The ownership is clear and tradable; (d) The creditor-debtor relationship involved in the project is clear; and (e) The project to which the housing source belongs has convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities, and meets a certain parking space ratio.

The People's Bank of China has previously set up a 300 billion yuan re-loan for affordable housing, encouraging and guiding financial institutions to support local state-owned enterprises in purchasing completed but unsold commercial housing at reasonable prices in accordance with market-oriented and rule-of-law principles.

First-tier cities such as Shenzhen and Guangzhou have joined the ranks of purchasing commercial housing for use as affordable housing.

On August 7, the companies affiliated to Shenzhen Anju Group Co., Ltd. planned to start the work of purchasing commercial housing for use as affordable housing, and collect commercial housing for use as affordable housing projects in Shenzhen. The collection scope includes residential houses, apartments, dormitories, etc. of commercial housing nature within the scope of Shenzhen (excluding the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone), and priority will be given to building projects (housing sources) that have not been sold and can be closed for management. Regarding the conditions for collecting housing sources, the location is required to have convenient transportation, suitable apartment size, convenient living, and complete procedures. Among them, in principle, the main apartment size of the project (housing source) should meet the requirements of Shenzhen's affordable housing apartment size and area (less than 65 square meters); the proposed acquisition project must have four complete certificates to ensure the legality and compliance of the project and meet the loan requirements of financial institutions.

On May 30, Xintang Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City issued the "Announcement on the Collection of Eligible Commercial Resettlement Housing Applications for the Guangzhou (Xintang) to Shanwei Railway Project (Xintang Section)", purchasing market-oriented commercial housing as resettlement housing.

The announcement shows that in order to implement the relocation and resettlement of eligible expropriated persons in the Guangzhou (Xintang) to Shanwei Railway Project (Xintang Section), the current project plans to purchase market-oriented commercial housing as the resettlement housing for the project, and solicit eligible residential housing sources (real estate companies) from the public, and then select resettlement housing communities (real estate companies) in accordance with relevant procedures.

In addition, on the morning of August 8, Huafa Group, Zhuhai Anju Group and China Construction Bank Guangdong Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Zhuhai Anju Group is the main body of Anju housing investment, construction and operation in Zhuhai. According to the agreement, China Construction Bank Guangdong Branch will provide Anju Group with a total bank credit support of no more than 20 billion yuan. The three parties will strengthen cooperation in traditional financial business, Anju housing business, housing mortgage business and other fields.
