The transformation of the automobile industry is moving from electrification to intelligence. On August 8, Haobo released a new generation of intelligent digital chassis technology. It is reported that the tiger-style U-turn of Haobo's new generation of intelligent digital chassis can achieve a U-turn on the spot without four motors.
Chassis is one of the three core components of traditional cars. Haobo's self-developed EASi electromagnetic active suspension system is compatible with 400V/800V high-voltage platforms, has high efficiency, peak power up to 20kW, vertical control bandwidth up to 20Hz, the highest in the industry, and a lifting speed higher than 250mm/s, which improves driving safety, stability and comfort.
At the hardware level, the automotive chassis components are deeply integrated with the EEA3.0 electronic and electrical architecture to achieve full wire control - the full wire-controlled suspension, steering, braking, and drive systems have stronger output capabilities and faster response.
Haobo's new generation of intelligent digital chassis also adopts lightweight design and high-strength materials, and is equipped with advanced sensors and control systems to achieve real-time vehicle status monitoring and rapid response.
The Tiger-style U-turn of Haobo's new generation of intelligent digital chassis can achieve flexible U-turns on the spot without four motors. This function coordinates the use of wire control brakes and front and rear drive motors. During operation, the rotation center is established through the rear single-wheel brake, and the front and rear motors rotate in the opposite direction to drive the vehicle to overcome the tire adhesion and achieve U-turns on the outdoor road.
For off-road enthusiasts, getting out of trouble is also a point that everyone pays more attention to. In response to this scenario, Haobo's new generation of intelligent digital chassis has developed the industry's first electronic differential lock that integrates suspension sensor information. By combining suspension travel and body posture information, it accurately judges the terrain conditions, applies braking force to the idling wheels in time, and transfers the driving force to the wheels in contact with the ground.
In addition, Haobo's new generation of intelligent digital chassis also has the Eagle Claw 2.0 system, which focuses on vehicle dynamic collaborative control to make the vehicle more controllable and safer; and the new Flying Magic Carpet technology focuses on body motion control, so that there is no tilt when turning and no nodding when braking.
