the average price in the kinki area (osaka metropolitan area) increased slightly by 0.4% from the previous month to 28.67 million yen (approximately 19,300 yuan/square meter), achieving three consecutive months of increases. osaka prefecture rose slightly by 0.4% to 31.32 million yen (about 21,100 yuan/square meter), but this was the fifth consecutive month of increase. since june this year, the price has been higher than the same period last year. the average price in the central area increased by 0.2% from the previous month, reaching 22.47 million yen (approximately 15,100 yuan/square meter).
