2. no one is allowed to enter the core area under the jurisdiction of chuxiong prefecture in the yunnan ailao mountain national nature reserve. if it is necessary to enter the core area to engage in scientific observation and investigation activities due to the needs of scientific research, an application and activity plan must be submitted to the yunnan ailao mountain national nature reserve chuxiong management bureau in advance and approved by the chuxiong prefecture forestry and grassland bureau .

6. visitors who have been approved to enter the nature reserve should ensure their own safety and be responsible for their actions. in the event of an accident, they should actively carry out self-rescue and seek help from the nearest nature reserve management agency, local party committee, government, and public security agency. however, visitors are responsible for any resulting property damage, rescue costs, or even personal injury or death.
