"our vehicle intelligent transfer equipment mainly solves the problems of low manual efficiency, high operating costs, large exhaust emissions, and many safety hazards in the process of roll-on/roll-off transportation of commercial vehicles at ports." at the exhibition site, the company staff told reporters that before the advent of at-agv, commercial vehicles were mainly transported by manpower, which not only had high operating costs and safety hazards, but also because air conditioning was not allowed during the transportation of commercial vehicles, workers had to endure extreme heat and cold, and their work efficiency and comfort were very low. the successful development of at-agv has greatly liberated manpower and made the heavy roll-on/roll-off transportation of commercial vehicles intelligent and mechanized.
it is understood that at-agv uses battery packs as its power source. through the various sensors it carries and the design of intelligent control algorithms, it realizes functions such as adaptive cruising, path planning, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and precise docking during the transfer of commercial vehicles, thereby achieving the goal of automated transportation of commercial vehicles in the port.
as an intelligent transfer equipment working in the complex environment of the port, "precision" is its biggest killer. according to the staff, at-agv can not only transport vehicles safely to the designated location, but also control the minimum left-right gap to 70 cm during the vehicle arrangement process, realizing the "fine" operation of intelligent transfer.
"our equipment has also successfully broken the technical constraints of indoor low-speed agvs, introduced working scenes into weather environments such as rain, snow and fog, and complex port conditions, and increased the maximum driving speed to 25km/h." the staff told reporters that at-agv has broad market prospects in the future, and the company is also increasing its research and development efforts to enable at-agv to work under more complex and diverse working conditions, contributing to the construction of smart ports.
