but the thickness is very surprising. we can see that the tri-fold xt is only slightly thicker than the double-fold mate x5 we have on hand.

in order to achieve such a light and thin body, huawei equipped the mate xt with the world's thinnest silicon negative electrode and large-capacity battery, one at the back when folded, with a total capacity of 5600 mah, which is more than 500 mah larger than the mate x5 when folded in half.
