recently, the shijingshan district human resources and social security bureau has launched a series of activities such as "enterprise park assistance tour", "building service week" and "arbitrators connecting 100 enterprises", proactively connecting with enterprises in the district to provide arbitration services such as door-to-door law delivery, policy and legal consultation, etc., continuously optimizing the business environment and helping enterprises to develop high-quality development.
by carrying out the "enterprise assistance park tour" activity and forming a "park tour service team", we went to zhongguancun science park shijingshan park, beijing west business center, shougang park, bank and insurance industrial park and other places to visit and investigate key enterprises in the district, and "diagnose and examine" the enterprises in a targeted manner, helping them to improve their employment management, improve the dispute negotiation and mediation mechanism, and enhance their ability to resolve contradictions and disputes independently.
at the same time, the "building service week" activity was launched, and a "building service team" was established. we visited building enterprises in laoshan street party and mass service center, shixing street, wanda plaza, guangning street party and mass service center and other places to provide "face-to-face" guidance and "centralized physical examinations" to enterprises around prominent contradictions such as wage payment, layoff compensation, overtime pay, and labor contract performance. a total of more than 50 on-site exchanges and answers to questions were conducted, benefiting more than 500 enterprises.
in addition, the "arbitrators connecting 100 enterprises" activity was implemented, and a "young arbitrator volunteer team" was established. through wechat work groups, telephone hotlines and other communication platforms, online services are combined with offline services to tailor diagnostic plans for enterprises in terms of legal consultation, negotiation and mediation, and provide "precise assistance" services. this year, a total of 80 special services have been carried out, serving nearly 100 enterprises.
