Comprehensive risk management position

1. Promote the quarterly risk classification monitoring of central enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, organize each secondary company to build a system and mechanism, issue risk warnings for abnormal situations found in the monitoring, and urge the relevant responsible units to resolve them;

2. Organize and build the group's key risk monitoring system, guide business units to set up risk monitoring exposures, monitor changes in risk indicators, and provide timely business risk warnings;

3. Be responsible for the overall risk monitoring and reporting work of the group;

4. Supervise and maintain the group's risk management database, and guide each secondary unit to promote and apply the risk control information system;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1.Master degree or above;

2. Have more than 3 years of experience in risk management, auditing and finance in large enterprises such as finance, real estate and shipping;

3. Have professional research in macroeconomics, financial risk, credit risk and other related fields;

4. Have good oral and written English communication skills and be able to read English professional materials proficiently;

5. Have good analytical and judgment skills, communication and expression skills, organizational and coordination skills, and solid writing skills;

6. Work conscientiously and responsibly, have a strong sense of responsibility and have a good team spirit.

Position 2

Audit Post

Number of people: 1

Work Location: Shenzhen

1. Assist in improving the internal audit work system of the group company, and formulate medium- and long-term development plans and annual work plans;

2.According to the audit work plan, serve as or assist the audit project team leader, complete all tasks of the audit project in accordance with the basic responsibilities of the audit project team, and follow up on the rectification and implementation of problems found in the audit;

3. Cooperate with the inspection and guidance of the internal audit work of subordinate enterprises, organize and carry out internal audit personnel training and audit intermediary agency business quality management;

4. Participate in the construction of audit informatization;

5. Participate in and cooperate with superior departments in audit supervision and inspection work.

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Have more than 5 years of experience in auditing, finance, and finance. Candidates with experience working in auditing agencies will be given priority;

3. Possess CISA and CIA certificates, and be familiar with the laws, regulations, systems and business processes related to internal audit and project management;

4. Have good analytical and judgment skills, communication and expression skills, organizational and coordination skills, and solid writing skills;

History Research Post

Work Location: Shenzhen

1. Responsible for the compilation and research of historical archives;

2. Responsible for the research of China Merchants Group’s corporate history;

3. Responsible for the development of various archival cultural products;

4. Assist in completing museum exhibition planning;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

1. History, cultural heritage and other humanities majors, postgraduate degree, more than two years of work experience;

2. Have strong writing skills and provide historical research results; have a good foundation in English and be able to study and read English archives;

3. Love research work and museum work.
