Zhiji officially announced that the new LS6 will be available for pre-sale at the Chengdu Auto Show on August 30. The new car has upgraded the Linglizard digital chassis, equipped with a four-wheel steering system, air suspension, intelligent electronically controlled vibration reduction system, and high-performance braking system. The body and wheelbase are slightly longer, and it is larger than the Xiaopeng G6. The entry-level version cancels the laser radar, and the motor power is reduced to 216kW, and replaced with a lithium iron phosphate battery.

The air intake below the front bumper of the new LS6 has been changed to a mesh design, and the air intakes on both sides have been equipped with light groups. The car has been upgraded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip and is equipped with a 121° zero-gravity seat for the co-pilot.

The new car has a total of 4 types of motors, with maximum power of 216kW, 248kW, 250kW, and 300kW respectively. Except for the entry-level version (216kW), all are equipped with ternary lithium battery packs. The front and rear motors of the four-wheel drive version are 200kW and 379kW respectively, with a maximum speed of 252km/h, which is the same as the current model. The curb weight is 22kg lighter than the current model, at 2410kg.

A sales representative at an Zhiji experience center revealed that the 2023 LS6 is in the inventory clearance stage and can enjoy a cash discount of 20,000 yuan, with the price starting at 209,900 yuan after the discount.
