Here is the most professional and authoritative series of content on Korean cars and the Korean car market on the entire network, Issue 1331 of "Korean Trends".

Genesis and Hyundai Motor took first place in the new car cutting-edge technology satisfaction survey selected by JD Power, receiving the highest level of global recognition for their technological strength.

Recently, the US market research organization JDPower stated in the "2024 US Tech Experience Index Survey (TXI)" that Genesis (584 points) surpassed well-known vehicle brands such as Lexus (535 points) and BMW (528 points), ranking first in the overall brand, and Hyundai Motor (518 points) ranked first among ordinary brands.

The TXI survey was conducted from July 2023 to May of this year among more than 80,000 consumers who purchased new 2024 model cars and owned them for more than 90 days.

The survey evaluated the satisfaction with 40 technologies in four categories, including vehicle convenience, latest automation technology, energy and sustainability, infotainment and connectivity, through a customer questionnaire with a 1,000-point scale, evaluating the level of innovation and ease of use of each brand's new technology.

It is reported that the TXI survey complements JD Power's main surveys - the Initial Quality Survey (IQS) and the Product Quality Satisfaction Survey (APEAL).

Genesis was rated as the brand with the highest technical quality in the survey. Genesis scored the highest among luxury brands and general brands, reaching 584 points, ranking first among all brands for four consecutive years. Genesis's 584 points is about 107 points higher than the average TXI score of 477 points for luxury brands.

Hyundai Motor received 518 points, ranking first among general brands for five consecutive years. The average TXI score of general brands is 431 points, and Hyundai Motor also ranked first with a high score of over 87 points. Kia also ranked second in the general brand field with 499 points, proving its high technological capabilities.

In addition, Genesis GV70, Hyundai Santa Fe and Kia Carnival were rated as cars with the best technology in the "Advanced Technology Award" selected by JDPower.

Genesis GV70 and Kia Carnival were rated as excellent vehicles for front cross traffic warning in the field of emerging automation technology, and Hyundai Santa Fe was rated as excellent vehicle for phone-based-Digital Key in the field of infotainment and connectivity.
