Accelerate the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry
Guangzhou will vigorously develop intelligent connected new energy vehicles.Promote the transformation of complete vehicles towards new energy and intelligence, and support the accelerated mass production of new energy (including hybrid) models. For newly launched mass-produced new energy (including hybrid) passenger cars and commercial vehicles, each model will be awarded no more than 50 million yuan according to different categories.
Guangzhou willAccelerate the commercial operation of autonomous driving. Improve the verification, demonstration, access, and operation environment of high-level autonomous driving, promote the implementation of intelligent connected vehicles in shared travel, clean sanitation, smart logistics and other scenarios in stages, fields, and levels, carry out cross-regional commercial operation of autonomous driving, and gradually promote the opening of the whole city. A 30% subsidy will be given for the closed site testing costs and vehicle model certification and inspection costs for conducting autonomous driving road tests and demonstration operations. Explore the large-scale production of L3 and above autonomous driving passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and reward vehicle companies with RMB 10 million for each model for models that meet the L3 autonomous driving and above levels of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Guangzhou will accelerate the development of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry.Vigorously support the technological research of hydrogen fuel cell systems and core components, the development and industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles; accelerate the cultivation of catalyst and water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment production capacity, promote the construction of hydrogen refueling infrastructure; build a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle commercial operation demonstration zone, carry out commercial vehicle demonstration applications in major logistics hubs such as Nansha Port and Baiyun Airport, construction sites, cold chain transportation, public transportation and other key scenarios, and actively plan and deploy demonstration and promotion in the passenger vehicle field. Encourage vehicle manufacturers to speed up the development of export models according to the preferences of different regions, and give a one-time reward of 10 million yuan to each model that has obtained foreign product access qualifications.
