China News Service, Beijing, August 14 (Reporter Liu Liang) In recent years, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has accelerated the promotion of regional standardization and coordination of public services. Through the implementation of standards, the three regions have achieved the sharing of nearly 15 million unified social credit code data of various institutions, providing data support for the industrial transfer of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the effective relocation of non-capital functions in Beijing.

On the 14th, China's State Administration for Market Regulation held a special press conference on the standardization development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's 10th anniversary of coordination, and reporters learned the above information from the meeting.

It is reported that in recent years, the three regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have issued 87 regional coordinated local standards in key areas such as transportation, health, environmental protection, safety supervision, commerce, and human resources, providing technical support for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

In terms of transportation integration, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have formulated 10 collaborative standards, including electronic non-stop toll collection and highway naming and numbering, to promote the construction of a convenient and smooth transportation network and improve the level of regional transportation services. Data disclosed at the press conference showed that the total mileage of highways in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei reached 11,020 kilometers (including 1,211 kilometers in Beijing, 1,358 kilometers in Tianjin and 8,451 kilometers in Hebei), an increase of 37.7% compared to 7,983 kilometers in 2014, and the highway density reached 5.06 kilometers per 100 square kilometers, 2.7 times the national average.

Significant progress has been made in the coordination of regional standardization of public services. Through the implementation of the standard, the three regions have achieved the sharing of nearly 15 million pieces of unified social credit code data of various institutions, providing convenience for business coordination services between government departments, providing data support for the industrial transfer in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the effective relocation of non-capital functions in Beijing, and promoting the realization of business system innovations such as "receiving business licenses in other places" for enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and more convenient "nearby" enterprise registration services for the public.

The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei requires talent mobility and mutual recognition. In recent years, the effective implementation of a series of standards has directly promoted the "same standards" in the field of human resources services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, that is, job seekers enjoy human resources services with unified standards in the three regions, and the service agencies' ratings are mutually recognized in the three regions, forming a coordinated development trend of the human resources market in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. At present, there are more than 1,400 human resources service agencies rated above 1A in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. (End)
