The silk-making workshop of Qingdao Cigarette Factory has been shut down for the summer since July 23. To further help improve the job skills and comprehensive quality of all employees, the silk-making workshop has made overall arrangements and careful plans, relying on the "Qingfeng" classroom to carry out planned and systematic "foundation-building, empowerment and energy-building" training activities. A total of 123 trainees were trained in this training. Based on the situation of employees' registration for shutdown and maintenance and their career development needs, they were divided into two classes, A and B, and 16 learning courses were offered to lay a foundation for employees to empower and energy-building and move forward in terms of production technology, equipment principles, quality control, official documents and news propaganda writing.
Training on the key points of maintenance of belt conveyors and vibrating trough equipment
"Belt conveyors and vibrating trough machines are among the most common equipment in silk-making workshops, and are closely related to the work of most of us." Workshop instructor Xu Ming introduced the key maintenance areas of conveying equipment in silk-making workshops by explaining the structural types and working principles of belt conveyors and vibrating conveyors. He analyzed the operational failures that may be caused by improper maintenance, and further emphasized the importance of equipment maintenance.
During the training, the instructor focused on explaining the two types of belt conveyors, DPH and DUC, and the two types of vibrating troughs, Hauni and Comas. He introduced the selection ideas of various conveying equipment in combination with the equipment layout of the workshop and the characteristics of material transportation. By analyzing the equipment structure and its operating principle, he emphasized the harm of scaling on the surface of rollers and conveyor belts, and called on operators to improve their awareness of equipment maintenance, conduct inspections frequently, provide timely feedback, and jointly maintain the smooth operation of the equipment.
Finally, the instructor discussed with everyone about the doubts in equipment problem reporting and equipment maintenance. He called on employees to observe carefully and think hard in daily production and summer shutdown auxiliary maintenance work, improve their ability to find problems, further cooperate with the workshop to do a good job in equipment management, jointly maintain the good operation of the equipment, and gradually shift to "maintenance and operation in one".
Interpretation and thinking of silk production process
Equipment is the hardware foundation of the manufacturing industry, while technology is its soul. Lecturer Zhang Dong gave a detailed interpretation of the benchmarking assessment indicators, scoring rules, and scoring standards in the silk production process, and conducted an in-depth analysis from six aspects: loose moisture regain, blade feeding return air temperature, moisture content of leaf silk after cutting, moisture content of leaf silk drying outlet, leaf silk drying cylinder wall temperature/process gas temperature, and stem silk drying hot air temperature. Focusing on the changes in data acquisition rules, the calculation method of assessment indicators is explained, and improvement ideas and suggestions are proposed from four aspects: assessment orientation, control program optimization, data quality improvement, and the use of digital means.
During the training, everyone analyzed and discussed the actual production problems such as the influence of moisture control of 5000kg/h silk drying head material on moisture control of silk drying, brainstormed, fed back problems, and put forward suggestions. With an open classroom and active atmosphere, the consolidation and improvement of this study were completed. Good creators are innovative. During the training, the instructor encouraged employees to pay more attention to the details of data changes in daily production, improve data sensitivity, and actively solve problems in actual production through small changes and summarizing work methods, so as to contribute creativity and strength to the further improvement of silk making technology.
The silk-making workshop will continue to focus on improving the skills of its employees, using the "Qingfeng" classroom to activate the talent engine and build momentum for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
