On August 9, the main activities of the 2024 Taihu Talent Development Conference series, the "Liangxi Talent Living Room" salon and the "Double Bay Integration" talent carnival were successfully held at the N1955 Nanxiatang Cultural and Creative Park in Liangxi District. Gather popularity and create an industrial innovation ecosystem
At present, Liangxi District is anchoring future industries to vigorously develop new quality productivity, building a "345" modern industrial cluster, and creating twelve industrial ecosystems around aerospace information, artificial intelligence, robots, etc. The development of the industry cannot be separated from the support of talents.
In this talent reception room activity, aerospace industry scholars and experts from Wuhan University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Jiangnan University, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Aerospace Propulsion Research Institute were appointed as "Liangxi Brain Group Members"; the Liangxi District Aerospace Industry Human Resources Service Alliance was established in conjunction with Liangxi District Talent Group, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Tongdao Liepin, Oriental Space, Ziwei Technology, Final Frontier, and Helium Starlight Alliance. Through the joint efforts of the government, schools, and enterprises, the efforts to attract and serve industry talents will be further strengthened to achieve a win-win situation of rapid development of enterprises, employment of university talents, and improvement of the regional economy.
At the same time, the event also held an interview salon on "High-quality Development of New Talents" on how to better realize the development between talents, industries and enterprises under the background of new productivity development. Li Xianwei from Yunsheng Technology, Ji Ruipeng from Beihang University, Bu Tinglong from the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Jiang Yanhua from Ziwei Yutong Technology conducted in-depth discussions on their respective development fields, combined with digital human resource development, industrial changes, policy development, etc., and exchanged and shared ideas on how to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship ecology of high-level talents. In this event, the Overseas High-level Talent Service Station (Liangxi Science and Technology City Branch) was unveiled, and the 2024 Liangxi District High-level Talent Service Month was officially launched. In addition, this event also invited more than 30 doctoral students from well-known universities in Hong Kong, Macao and overseas in the fields of aerospace, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, life and health to participate. At the event site, 23 companies including Ziwei Yutong Technology, FAW Jiefang Power, Dongheng New Energy, and Tianhe Electronics conducted offline recruitment for a total of 207 positions with the highest annual salary of 1 million yuan. More than 2,000 college students participated in the recruitment event.
