China News Network, Shaoxing, August 7 (Xiang Jing, Yao Taoyi) According to the latest official news from Keqiao, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, since April this year, the monthly box volume of the China-Europe (Asia) trains departing from Keqiao has repeatedly set new highs. Among them, the monthly box volume exceeded 100 for the first time in July, an increase of 275% year-on-year.
Keqiao is home to the world's largest textile distribution center - China Textile City, and its textiles are exported to 192 countries and regions.

On the afternoon of the 6th, many containers were waiting to be loaded at the cargo yard of Zhejiang Qianqing Multimodal Transport Logistics Co., Ltd. On the other side of the railway port, gantry cranes were operating in an orderly manner.
According to Fan Fei, manager of the company's production business department, the China-Europe (Asia) train will carry this batch of Keqiao fabrics from Qianqing Freight Station on Xiaoyong Railway, then transfer to an international intermodal train at Jinhua South Station and finally reach Central Asian countries.
It is understood that Keqiao's cargo exports were mainly shipped by sea. On November 18, 2022, the Keqiao China-Europe (Asia) train was officially launched, effectively solving the problem of insufficient capacity in Keqiao's international logistics. With the development and growth of international multimodal transport, there are now China-Europe (Asia) trains departing from Qianqing Freight Station of Xiaoyong Railway every week.
A relevant person in charge of Zhejiang Qianqing Multimodal Transport Logistics Co., Ltd. said that currently, 80% of the goods exported by the Keqiao China-Europe (Asia) Express are textile fabrics, and the main export regions are the five Central Asian countries.
In order to promote efficient and convenient customs clearance for China-Europe (Asia) trains, the local authorities have actively developed customs transfer business, simplified customs clearance procedures, and realized "one-stop" services since this year. At the same time, they have worked closely with the railway department to optimize transportation organization, improve loading and unloading efficiency, and help foreign trade exports to move forward steadily.
