Optimization of the layout of education and medical resources

"Decongestion and rectification promote improvement. Decongestion and rectification are means, and continuously optimizing and improving the capital's functions is the fundamental goal." A relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that in the first half of the year, the special action firmly grasped the decongestion of non-capital functions and promoted a profound change in the city's development model.

Specifically, the relocation work has been promoted in a strong, orderly and effective manner, 86 general manufacturing enterprises have been relocated and upgraded, and the planning, construction, renovation and upgrading of 6 logistics bases and 4 first-level agricultural product wholesale markets have been accelerated.
