this year's services trade fair has two exhibition areas. the comprehensive exhibition is located in the national convention center, with achievement exhibitions, country exhibitions, provincial and municipal exhibitions, hong kong, macao and taiwan exhibitions, and theme areas. the special exhibition is located in shougang park, focusing on the hot development trends of the industry, with telecommunications, computer and information services, as well as financial services, cultural and tourism services, education services, sports services, supply chain and business services, engineering consulting and construction services, health and hygiene services, environmental services and other special topics. as the period of this services trade fair overlaps with the mid-autumn festival, the public is very enthusiastic about visiting the exhibition. the mid-autumn festival holiday on the 15th and 16th will usher in a peak in exhibition visits, especially in the exhibition area of shougang park in shijingshan, where there will be a concentrated flow of visitors.
in order to ensure traffic safety, the traffic control department will formulate a traffic diversion plan in advance, optimize the traffic flow lines around the exhibition area, supplement and improve traffic signs and markings, and actively promote the opening of special parking lots for the exhibition to meet the parking needs of the visitors. and according to the changes in road traffic during the exhibition, the high-level attendance plan will be launched in time. at the same time, the road environment around the exhibition hall will be managed in advance to purify the dynamic and static traffic order on the road to ensure that the road maintains the best traffic conditions and good parking order. during the exhibition, the traffic control department will also focus on strengthening video patrol control to timely discover unexpected situations such as traffic accidents and faulty vehicles, especially making full use of the mobile and flexible characteristics of traffic police motorcycles, conducting patrols at a high frequency, and quickly clearing and handling traffic accidents and faulty vehicles found, and promptly eliminating traffic jams and traffic safety hazards caused by accidents. strengthen emergency traffic support in severe weather. once severe weather occurs, emergency diversion and traffic support work will be carried out as soon as possible. if necessary, temporary traffic management measures will be taken to ensure road safety.
judging from the exhibitions held in previous years, shijingshan shougang park will still be the exhibition area with the largest number of visitors. to ensure the smooth progress of this year's exhibition, the shijingshan traffic detachment has placed 1,500 cones in advance on the roads around the exhibition area, set up 23 telescopic guardrails, installed 38 parking lot guide signs, re-marked more than 120 square meters of ground markings, and adjusted and optimized 52 traffic signs. during the services trade fair, special maintenance posts will be set up in shougang park and the surrounding main contact lines to strengthen the command and guidance of vehicles and personnel, and strengthen the maintenance of traffic order around fushi road main road, jin'an bridge, second blast furnace south road, qunminghu street, shijingshan road north auxiliary road, etc., to eliminate traffic safety hazards and maximize the guarantee of smooth and orderly social traffic operation.
at the same time, the traffic control department will also release real-time traffic information through outdoor large screens, navigation software and the "beijing traffic police" new media platform to guide the public to choose the appropriate time and route to visit the exhibition. citizens going to the venue of the services trade fair should learn about the real-time traffic conditions and travel tips issued by the traffic control department in advance, and try to choose public transportation such as buses and subways.
to visit the shougang park exhibition area, you can take bus no. 108, no. 337, no. 318, no. 336-337 intermodal, no. 327, no. 152, and no. 218 to get off at the shougang factory east gate station. in order to facilitate the visitors to the exhibition by bus, the services trade fair has set up a shuttle bus to the subway station and the public parking lot. visitors can take metro line 1 to gucheng metro station and take the shuttle bus to the shougang park entrance hall. you can also take metro line 6 to jin'anqiao station and walk to the north entrance hall of no. 2 blast furnace south road. or you can take metro line 11 to new shougang station and walk to the east entrance hall. when returning, you can also take the shuttle bus to the designated location.
if you drive to the shougang park exhibition area, you can park your car at the no. 2 steelmaking park in the south district of shougang park on the southeast side of the intersection of shijingshan road and yandi street. you can enter and exit the parking lot from shijingshan road and yandi street. after parking your car, you can take a shuttle bus to the exhibition area. in addition, you can also choose the liugonghui underground parking lot, which can be entered and exited from shougang xiaoxi gate, xiuchi west street, or shougang south gate and qunminghu street; xiuchi underground parking lot, which can be entered and exited from shougang xiaoxi gate, xiuchi west street, or shougang south gate and qunminghu street. during the exhibition, the xiaoximen parking lot, the metalworking workshop parking lot, the ice hockey hall parking lot, and the shangri-la parking lot will also be open for visitors to park.
to visit the exhibition area of the national convention center, you can take bus no. 143, 145, 510, or 607 to the national convention center station to the venue; or take bus no. 311, 319, 379, 450, 466, 484, or 695 to walinan station to the venue. you can also take subway line 8 or line 15 to olympic park station, and walk 500 meters west to arrive. if you drive to the exhibition area of the national convention center, there are five public parking lots with a total of 3,850 parking spaces, namely:
the underground parking lot of xin ao shopping center can be entered and exited from datun road via hujing east road; the underground parking lot in the central area of olympic park can be entered and exited from the north fourth ring road; the parking lot inside the asian infrastructure investment bank can be entered and exited from kehui south road; the parking lot on the west side of the asian infrastructure investment bank can be entered and exited from beichen west road; the parking lot in district 7 of science park nanli can be entered and exited from beichen west road.
as there are many visitors every day, if you drive to the exhibition and encounter a queue of vehicles, you must pass in order and do not go against the flow or cut in. when the traffic police take temporary management measures to divert vehicles, please obey the instructions of the on-site police and do not park illegally on the roads around the exhibition hall to avoid artificial congestion and ensure safe and orderly traffic.
