the enterprise state-owned assets law came into effect on may 1, 2009, and is the basic law in the field of state-owned assets supervision in my country. the reporter learned from the first plenary meeting of the enterprise state-owned assets law enforcement inspection group of the standing committee of the national people's congress on the 9th that this law enforcement inspection will adopt a combination of on-site inspection and commissioned inspection, law enforcement inspection and legal amendment, comprehensive inspection and typical investigation, law enforcement inspection and evaluation research, etc., to conduct in-depth inspections on the implementation of the enterprise state-owned assets law. from late september to early november, the law enforcement inspection group plans to conduct on-site inspections in six provinces (municipalities), including hebei, heilongjiang, shanghai, anhui, hubei, and shaanxi. this law enforcement inspection will also entrust the standing committees of the people's congresses of six provinces (autonomous regions), including inner mongolia, liaoning, shandong, hunan, sichuan, and gansu, to inspect the implementation of the enterprise state-owned assets law in their administrative regions.

during the law enforcement inspection, the inspection team will focus on eight aspects: the overall management, reform and development of state-owned assets of enterprises; the performance of responsibilities by investors; corporate governance of state-owned enterprises; basic management of state-owned assets of enterprises; supervision of state-owned assets; the formulation of administrative regulations, departmental regulations and local regulations that are compatible with the law; other problems existing in the implementation of the law, opinions and suggestions on promoting the implementation of the law; and opinions and suggestions on the revision of the enterprise state-owned assets law.

before the end of november, the law enforcement inspection team will hold its second plenary meeting to summarize the law enforcement inspection work and revise and improve the draft law enforcement inspection report.
