"we must win the first battle." cheng zhenhua, who is in charge of ccus business, made up his mind. he and his team began systematic analysis day and night. focusing on customer concerns, they independently learned to operate new software, simulated calculations over and over again, and finally came up with a design plan that satisfied the customer.
in december 2023, the bidding for the 200,000 tons/year co2 pipeline and ground injection ep project of huaneng longdong base was launched. this project is of great significance to the development of ccus business of the pipeline design institute. zhang ning treated this bidding project as his own child. during the critical bidding period, he regarded the office as his "home", lived and ate in the office for a week, and finally won the bid after nearly a month of hard work.

today, they have achieved a series of technical achievements such as medium and low pressure pure hydrogen pipeline transportation design technology, developed aem hydrogen production electrolyzer, liquid hydrogen gasifier and other scientific and technological products, issued 3 group standards, 20 enterprise standards, and have many national invention patents and proprietary technologies. they also undertake 2 national key projects in the field of new energy, 6 provincial and ministerial projects, and more than 10 bureau-level projects.
