the notice requires that the teacher ethics learning and education activities before the start of school should be no less than two days. the learning content includes two parts designated by the education bureau and self-determined by the school. the education bureau pushes and reviews the school materials to ensure that the procedures are compliant and effective. these materials include "press conference of the third plenary session of the 20th cpc central committee", "deepen comprehensive education reform and provide education satisfying the people", "regulations on the protection of minors in schools", "guidelines for moral education in primary and secondary schools", "typical cases of violation of teachers' professional ethics code announced by the ministry of education", "teachers' mental health: shaping a sunny mentality", "guidelines for home visits by party member teachers", etc. each school implements the teacher ethics learning and education activities in light of its own actual situation. in the learning activities, each school takes its own situation as the starting point, and mainly adopts the forms of tutoring, self-study, and group discussions to promote the smooth progress of teacher ethics learning and education activities.
to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the teacher ethics test, the test questions were provided by the district education bureau. all teachers shared one test paper. more than 2,800 teachers from 42 primary and secondary schools in the district took the on-site written test. after the test, the school centralized the paper review, issued a detailed analysis, and gave on-site comments.
