it is understood that the 15-minute quality service co-construction alliance was established in august 2023 under the guidance of the beijing municipal bureau of commerce, aiming to leverage the experience of various professions and industries to co-create and share, and start a multi-subject co-creation of community commercial prosperity. beijing tsinghua tongheng planning and design institute is an institution affiliated to tsinghua university, focusing on regional urban and rural development research and planning and design consulting, and human settlement environment engineering technology research and development.
this sharing session takes "harmony between people and pets" as the entry point, preliminarily constructs a community business collaboration ecosystem, calls on different business formats to participate in discussions and co-construction, and demonstrates the possibility of sustainable commercial development of the "harmonious community between people and pets."
according to reports, the "community business prosperity co-creation - human-pet harmonious community business ecosystem co-construction guide research project" was launched in may 2024. the project team believes that the "human-pet harmonious" community business advocates the concept of tolerance, respect, and harmonious coexistence. it needs to support and promote each other at the three levels of family, community, and society, uphold an open and inclusive attitude, actively link multiple parties to participate in co-creation, and achieve positive and sustainable development.
cao yujun, deputy chief planner of beijing tsinghua tongheng planning and design institute, said, "when people and pets in the community can live in harmony, the development of community commerce will usher in new opportunities. the construction of commercial facilities with 'human-pet harmony', the rise of the pet service industry, and the improvement of related supporting facilities will become an important driving force for the development of community commerce in the future."
