Tianyancha information shows that Beijing Jubohui Wine Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Beijing Jubohui Trading Co., Ltd.) was established in 2017 and is located in Beijing. It is an enterprise mainly engaged in retail. The registered capital of the enterprise is 10 million yuan. There are three cases involving litigation, one in 2022, one in 2023, and one in 2024. Two of them were as civil first-instance defendants, involving online shopping contract disputes and related trademark infringement disputes, and one was as the person subject to execution.
