On August 23, the 8th China (Guangzhou) International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo opened at the Canton Fair Complex. It is worth noting that Guangzhou Mobile has also introduced AI answering technology through the intelligent cloud capability platform to help social workers quickly respond to emergency calls, covering a wide range of social work stations and personnel. In addition, the "Ping An Tong" service combines emergency calls, active care and other functions, and is linked with pre-hospital emergency care to ensure the safety of the elderly, demonstrating Guangzhou Mobile's innovative contribution to the field of elderly care services.

It is reported that this year's Aged Care Expo focused on the silver economy, held more than 30 high-level forums and matchmaking meetings, and brought together industry elites to discuss new opportunities. At the same time, the first "Silver Age Happy Living Festival" integrated culture, health, technology, and entertainment to activate the silver economy. Many well-known companies brought "elderly care +" innovative service models to create trendy play experiences for the elderly, making the lives of the elderly more colorful and vibrant.
