On August 23, the 8th China (Guangzhou) International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo opened at the Canton Fair Complex. The exhibition closely followed the theme of "promoting the high-quality development of the silver economy", and its scale was unprecedentedly expanded to nearly 50,000 square meters, attracting more than 300 top companies and institutions to participate, bringing together more than 3,000 cutting-edge elderly care achievements, covering the entire industry chain of the silver economy.
At the exhibition, Guangzhou Mobile demonstrated a series of innovative solutions to create high-quality, convenient and dignified elderly care services for the elderly through the 5G+ smart health care platform. Among them, through cooperation with the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, a comprehensive elderly service platform integrating digital file management, subsidy monitoring and other functions was built to improve the efficiency of elderly care service supervision and financial transparency, and build a digital safety net for the elderly.
It is worth noting that Guangzhou Mobile has also introduced AI answering technology through the intelligent cloud capability platform to help social workers quickly respond to emergency calls, covering a wide range of social work stations and personnel. In addition, the "Ping An Tong" service combines emergency calls, active care and other functions, and is linked with pre-hospital emergency care to ensure the safety of the elderly, demonstrating Guangzhou Mobile's innovative contribution to the field of elderly care services.
A relevant person in charge of Guangzhou Mobile said that Guangzhou Mobile uses technology to promote elderly-friendly services and create a convenient, comfortable and safe elderly care environment. In the future, it will continue to optimize services, promote the construction of elderly care demonstration sites, become the guardian of the lives of the elderly, and help build a harmonious elderly care system.
It is reported that this year's Aged Care Expo focused on the silver economy, held more than 30 high-level forums and matchmaking meetings, and brought together industry elites to discuss new opportunities. At the same time, the first "Silver Age Happy Living Festival" integrated culture, health, technology, and entertainment to activate the silver economy. Many well-known companies brought "elderly care +" innovative service models to create trendy play experiences for the elderly, making the lives of the elderly more colorful and vibrant.
