If the above acquisition is completed, Qiyang Rural Bank will be dissolved and its industrial and commercial registration will be cancelled, and all its assets will be inherited by Changsha Bank.
In July this year, Dongguan Bank was approved to acquire its Chang'an Rural Bank and Dongguan Houjie Huaye Rural Bank, and set up branches.
