In the heart of the vast Asia, there is a mysterious and magnificent mountain range - the Altai Mountains. It is like the backbone of the earth, carrying the vicissitudes of time and the legends of nature.
The Altai Mountains, which means "Golden Mountain" in Mongolian, seem to have been endowed with a mysterious and attractive color from the beginning. It stands quietly on the northeast side of the Junggar Basin in Xinjiang. It is not only a magnificent landscape of the earth, but also a natural boundary mountain between Xinjiang and Mongolia. (Ai Zhangyuan)
Its mountain stretches from northwest to southeast, with a length of about 2,000 kilometers, like a sleeping dragon. The mountain is gentle, but has a unique majesty. From the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, it gradually rises in a step-like shape, as if it is a masterpiece carefully designed by nature. The average altitude of more than 3,000 meters makes it look particularly tall and majestic against the backdrop of blue sky and white clouds. The highest peak, Friendship Peak, is 4,374 meters above sea level and reaches the sky, as if telling the sky about its tenacity and indomitable spirit.
The peaks above 4,000 meters above sea level are covered with ice and snow all year round, as if the earth is wearing a flawless white crown. However, at the foot of the mountain, it is another ever-changing scene. The beauty varies from morning to night. In the morning, the first ray of sunshine shines down, awakening the sleeping valley, the grass and trees stretch, the flowers bloom, and the dewdrops sparkle with crystal light; in the evening, the afterglow of the setting sun dyes the mountains orange-red, adding a touch of warm and romantic color to this land.
