So far, 83 factories in the entire group have passed the AIB audit. In 2023, a total of 142 production lines of the group's factories participated in the AIB audit, with an overall pass rate of 82.4%. In order to truly realize digital and efficient quality management, Golden Dragon Fish started the LIMS&QM project in 2021. After a series of complicated preparatory work such as demand research, blueprint discussion, design and development, SIT testing, etc., the UAT test was carried out at the Lianyungang Petrochemical Plant on January 22, 2024 to officially start the project trial operation. Since then, Wilmar's quality management has entered a new journey of digital empowerment. After the LIMS system was launched, standardized management of product standards, testing and analysis, and quality data was realized, which improved the standardization of the inspection process, the standardization and unification of quality management, and the real-time early warning and follow-up of abnormal quality data to reduce quality risks. At the same time, through the system integration of LIMS and SAP-QM quality modules, quality data support is provided for the group's procurement, production, storage, transportation, sales and other links.
Furthermore, in order to take the improvement and optimization of the enterprise's quality management level and management efficiency to a new level, Wilmar Golden Dragon Fish has successively launched document management systems, traceability management platforms, and customer complaint management systems. In June 2020, the product traceability platform was launched in 12 companies of the group, eliminating the risk of human error caused by traditional manual traceability. After the product traceability platform was launched, fully automatic electronic traceability was realized. The traceability of a batch of products can be completed in as short as 2 seconds, which is efficient and accurate.
