When players mistakenly recharge to the wrong account in "World of Warcraft", they can use this service to transfer the recharged game time to the correct account. This service is limited to transfers between all Battle.net sub-accounts under the same ID number.

To use this service, players can go to the NetEase DaShen App, click [Me] in the lower right corner, and then select [Transfer Game Time] in [Blizzard Game Service].

Before submitting an application, players need to read the relevant instructions carefully. If the application is initially approved, players need to complete the recharge operation through the service record-work order of [NetEase Dashen App] within 6 hours.

The official will complete the game time transfer operation within 24 hours. After the transfer is completed, the official will notify the player via a secure phone call or text message. Players can also check the service record in the [NetEase Dashen App] to understand the processing results.
