Recently, a special online live broadcast recruitment event for people with disabilities in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle was held on the "Job Love" digital employment platform for people with disabilities of the Municipal Labor and Employment Service Guidance Center for People with Disabilities. In order to ensure that every disabled friend who participates in the online live recruitment can get their dream job, this job fair has brought together 14 companies including Chongqing Hushengbao Security Service Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jinjia Machinery Parts Co., Ltd., Chengdu Ruibo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Baiyi Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. The recruitment positions are rich and diverse, covering security, operators, human resources, data labeling, drug research and development and other disability-friendly positions, providing valuable employment opportunities for disabled job seekers.

In the live broadcast room, disabled job seekers' questions came one after another, and the comments were overwhelming. In response to various employment concerns, the host carefully and meticulously explained important information such as recruitment positions and recruitment conditions. In the "screen-to-screen" interactive communication, the atmosphere in the live broadcast room was pushed to a climax, attracting the attention and participation of more than 5,000 disabled job seekers in the Chengdu-Chongqing area.
The reporter learned that since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Labor and Employment Service Guidance Center for the Disabled has actively organized various job fairs. It has successfully held 27 live job fairs of various forms, providing more than 10,000 jobs for disabled friends and attracting 136,000 participants.
In the next step, the Municipal Labor and Employment Service Guidance Center for Persons with Disabilities will continue to carry out activities such as visiting enterprises and live-streaming job introductions at a high frequency to provide more accurate and efficient matching services for disabled job seekers and employers, allowing more disabled people to find employment and start businesses nearby, and continuously promoting the high-quality development of the cause of persons with disabilities in our city.
