Recently, in order to enhance the information security awareness of all employees and strengthen the data security and privacy protection capabilities, Lalamove launched the fifth information security month activity with the theme of "Focus on data security and privacy protection". This activity is divided into four theme weeks. Information security construction has always been deeply rooted in Huolala's business context and daily operations. In the past year, Huolala was awarded the DSMM Data Security Capability Maturity Level 3 Certification Certificate, the BSI Annual Best Empowering Enterprise Award and the DSCC Data Security Construction Capability Certification Certificate issued by the Digital Working Committee, and was approved to become a member unit of the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee WG5, WG7, and SWG-BDS group, marking that Huolala's information security management capabilities have reached a new level.
Four major theme week activities build a solid safety line
Information Security Month is a traditional activity for Huolala's information security construction. In the first three weeks, the activities were mainly online, breaking geographical restrictions and open to all employees. From the popularization of national laws and regulations to the promotion of corporate information security systems, to the improvement of personal office safety awareness, each week revolves around different themes, through various forms such as graphic popularization, MG animation videos, and special topic sharing, the complex information security knowledge has become vivid and interesting, stimulating employees' enthusiasm for learning.
Entering the fourth week, Lalamove held offline flash experience activities in many offices. Through carefully designed interactive games and exhibition areas, employees were able to experience the importance of information security firsthand. In the "Knowledge Learning Area", the information security exhibits were dazzling; in the "Interactive Experience Area", employees actively participated in thematic experience activities such as "Data Classification", "Phishing Emails", and "Al Fraud", which not only brought them fun, but also mastered the key knowledge points of data security and privacy protection without realizing it.
With the in-depth development of the digital age, information security has become an important issue that cannot be ignored. The in-depth development of this "Information Security Month" activity is not only an information security education journey for all employees, but also a consolidation and improvement of the company's information security defense line. Huolala's safety control capabilities have been certified by multiple parties
The fifth Huolala Information Security Month event has come to a successful conclusion, but information security work is far from over. At present, Huolala has formed a series of normalized measures for information security construction. In addition to establishing an information security committee to coordinate the company's overall information security construction guidelines and strategies, Huolala also strictly prevents information leakage and abuse through classification and grading of business data, building a unified authority management platform, and setting up a "safe house".
Since the beginning of this year, Huolala's security prevention and control capabilities have also received multiple recognitions. In March 2024, Huolala obtained the third-level certification in the DSMM data security capability maturity certification. In April of the same year, Huolala was reviewed and approved to become a member unit of the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee WG5, WG7, SWG-BDS group. In June, Huolala won the BSI Annual Best Empowerment Enterprise Award issued by the British Standards Institution (BSI), which means that Huolala's management system and business operations have reached high international standards. In addition, Huolala was selected into the "2024 New Digital Service Excellent Case List" of the Information and Communications Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for its project "On the Practice of Innovative Technical Solutions to Help Freight Platform Safety Prevention and Control", and obtained the DSCC Data Security Construction Capability Certification Certificate issued by the Digital Working Committee.
