The Qishi hub has the largest concrete mixing station in Asia, with a maximum daily production capacity of 12,000 cubic meters, equivalent to the amount needed to build a four- or five-story building.
"Since the volume of concrete required for the project is extremely large, an intelligent command system was introduced to monitor the production process and orderly dispatch transportation vehicles, which saves manpower, improves efficiency and greatly improves the accuracy of construction." Bai Lulu said that after the concrete pouring was completed, a unique automatic spray maintenance system was set up. By monitoring the temperature inside the concrete and adjusting the water temperature of the cold water pipe, it cooperates with manual inspections to provide "double insurance" for the quality of the project.
