Recently, Shandong Port Rizhao Port Company No. 3 successfully completed the water-to-water loading of large equipment on the "Hongsheng Yonghui" and "Hanhui" vessels, realizing the first operation mode of two ships berthing together and direct unloading and loading of goods. At the same time, it refreshed the record of single loading and unloading operations of super-long equipment at Rizhao Port.
The goods were transported from Northeast China to Rizhao Port by water, and then loaded onto the "Hanhui" ship on foreign trade routes and shipped to the Middle East. This move greatly reduces the intermediate transshipment and storage links of goods, provides customers with more flexible and efficient logistics solutions, and effectively reduces logistics costs.
In order to further create port logistics services with "better service, higher efficiency and lower cost", the three companies have joined forces with shipping companies, upstream and downstream customers, strengthened cooperation with surrounding ports and regions, innovated service models, and adopted the "domestic trade-direct unloading and loading at the port-foreign trade" water-to-water operation model to further extend the service chain.
