This was a battle between the top experts in the industry. 44 outstanding inspectors from 11 cities in Zhejiang Province gathered in Ningbo for a professional skills competition.
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the province's "First Meeting of the New Year", fully implement the deployment requirements for the construction of the "Three Teams", and enhance the inspection capabilities and professional qualities of drug inspectors, the 2024 Zhejiang Provincial Drug Inspection Vocational Skills Competition Finals was successfully held in Ningbo from August 6 to 7. This competition in the drug inspection industry not only showcased the professional skills and demeanor of drug inspectors, but also injected new impetus into the construction of a professional and specialized drug inspector team.
The competition was jointly sponsored by the Zhejiang Provincial Drug Administration and the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, hosted by the Provincial Drug Inspection Center, and co-organized by the Ningbo Municipal Market Supervision Administration. It is reported that this is the first time that a drug inspection competition has been held across the province. During the competition, the contestants demonstrated solid professional knowledge and superb inspection skills. In the theoretical written test, a variety of question types were designed to comprehensively test the contestants' mastery of professional knowledge and their ability to analyze and solve problems. In the practical skills competition, there were four stages: on-site inspection, case demonstration, case analysis, and on-site quiz. These not only tested the contestants' practical ability and adaptability, but also reflected their professionalism and teamwork spirit.
After intense competition, the competition finally selected the first, second and third prizes for individual and group awards. Among them, the first place winners in each business line will be awarded the title of "Zhejiang Golden Blue Collar" after approval by the Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions. In addition, 10 "Top Ten Drug Inspection Experts" were selected based on the competition results, on-site performance, etc.
This competition not only provides a platform for practitioners in the field of drug and medical device production inspection to showcase themselves, exchange and learn, but also further promotes the improvement of industry supervision and the popularization of professional skills.
