Tunnel No. 1 in Shenjia Village, located in Ping'an District, Haidong City, is 705 meters long. The terrain is undulating, gullies are well developed, the surrounding rock grade is V, the excavation rock and soil have a serious subsidence level, and the construction is difficult.
"Since the start of construction, we have adopted new equipment and new technologies to solve the problems encountered in the construction process, laying a solid foundation for the early completion of the tunnel. In the tunnel construction, we use large-scale mechanical equipment such as cantilever tunneling machines, retractable invert trestles, and intelligent secondary lining trolleys to effectively improve the quality of tunnel construction and shorten the construction period." A relevant person in charge of the Xicheng Railway Project Department of China Railway Third Engineering Bureau introduced.
It is understood that from entering the site to its smooth completion, Shenjia Village No. 1 Tunnel has always adhered to the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", relying on the safety management requirements of the construction unit, supervision unit, and project department for tunnel construction, improving the safety awareness of operating personnel, and following the tunnel construction principles of "advanced pipe, strict grouting, short advance, strong support, fast closure, and frequent measurement", actively creating a good safe construction and production environment.
The Xicheng Railway is an important part of the Lanzhou-Guangzhou Corridor, the main longitudinal channel of my country's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway. After the entire line is completed and opened to traffic, it will greatly facilitate the travel of people of all ethnic groups along the line. It is of great significance to strengthen the exchanges between the Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, the connection between the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "Yangtze River Economic Belt", the implementation of the new era's western development strategy, and the promotion of coordinated regional economic development.
