Roger Clark, the motion capture and voice actor for Rockstar's action-adventure game "Red Dead Redemption 2", recently talked about the biggest difficulties he encountered in playing the protagonist Arthur Morgan in an interview with foreign media "Gamology".

"People often ask me what the hardest part of Red Dead Redemption 2 was, and I tell them it was the crouch run," Roger Clarke said. "Because we were crouch run for days. You have to crouch run, walk, sneak, run with one gun, [or] run with two guns, and then you have to crouch run with a rifle. After about three days, my thighs were killing me."

Although actors such as Roger Clark suffered a lot in completing the motion capture work, it was precisely because of their hard work that the crouching and running of the characters in "Red Dead Redemption 2" were done well enough, especially in the stealth scenes.

Roger Clark added: "Rockstar pays great attention to detail. Not many studios can do this, but I am very grateful to Rockstar Games for giving me so much creative freedom when playing Arthur, because Arthur walks like me and he rubs his nose like me. Immersion is very important and I feel very lucky."
