On July 29, Shenzhen Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone successfully put up for sale two plots of land for new energy industry use, which were won by Shenzhen BYD Auto Industrial Co., Ltd. and will be used to build the second phase of airbag, sunroof, frame and other parts projects in the Shenshan BYD Auto Industrial Park.

According to reports, plot E2024-0015 is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Shenshan Avenue and Tonggang Avenue. It is ordinary industrial land with a land area of ​​approximately 177,900 square meters and a building area of ​​approximately 355,800 square meters. The land use period is 30 years. The entry industry for the listed plot is the new energy industry, and the delisting price is 71.5 million yuan.

The land area of ​​E2024-0016 is approximately 243,000 square meters, the building area is approximately 486,000 square meters, the land use period is 30 years, the entry industry for the listed land is new energy industry, and the delisting price is 124 million yuan.

The second phase of the Shenzhen-Shantou BYD Automotive Industrial Park is located in the Xiaomo and Ebu areas, with a total investment of 20 billion yuan, to create a new energy vehicle manufacturing and core components production base.

At present, the factory building of Xiaomo West Block of Shenzhen-Shantou BYD Automotive Industrial Park Phase II has achieved single-shift production. The construction of Xiaomo East Block and Ebu Block is being accelerated.

In addition, the first phase of the project, which is a new energy vehicle parts industry project, has achieved full production. The third phase of the project, which mainly builds a battery PACK line and a new energy vehicle core parts factory, has been signed recently.

It is understood that the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone has attracted more than 20 leading companies in the new energy vehicle industry chain to settle down, including Beijing West Heavy Industry, LK Technology, Dongfeng Lear Faurecia, Gecko Technology, and Yanfeng International.
