According to reports, China Railway Corporation recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Promoting High-Quality Development of Air-Rail Intermodal Transport" with the Civil Aviation Administration of China to further expand the coverage of "soft connectivity" services for air-rail intermodal transport. Railway 12306 has joined hands with Sichuan Airlines and Xiamen Airlines to jointly release air-rail intermodal transport products and services, which have been launched on the Railway 12306 APP. After Sichuan Airlines and Xiamen Airlines went online, the number of air-rail intermodal routes available for sale on Railway 12306 increased by more than 500.

Up to now, the railway 12306 air-rail transport service has been launched for the sale of air tickets and air-rail transport products for domestic routes of six airlines, namely, China Eastern Airlines, Air China, China Southern Airlines, Spring Airlines, Sichuan Airlines and Xiamen Airlines. The air-rail transport service has covered 157 transfer stations in 80 domestic hub cities and 2,482 accessible routes.

In addition, the functions of the air-rail transport section of the Railway 12306 APP have also been optimized, with new refund and ticket refund progress inquiries added, allowing you to clearly understand the progress of the entire ticket refund process.
