kajawiwe said he was very proud to witness this transformation. he emphasized that china's success is due to the leadership of the communist party of china. "sometimes we think about how china achieved these achievements in such a short period of time? the answer undoubtedly lies in the leadership of the chinese communist party and the foresight of the country's leadership."

he emphasized that the beijing summit of the forum on china-africa cooperation held in september was a complete success, and china promised to help african countries continue to improve their capabilities in national governance, infrastructure, education, agriculture, etc. in the next few years, which is very consistent with " the needs and aspirations of countries in the global south.

when talking about namibia-china relations, kajawiwe emphasized that china is namibia’s closest ally and partner. namibia will continue to firmly support the one-china principle. he said that china is namibia's all-weather friend and brother, whether before or after namibia's independence. the ports, railways and roads built by chinese companies not only play a key role in namibia's economic development, but also make important contributions to the development of the southern african development community (sadc).

he said that namibia has an advantageous geographical location and its vast coastline provides important import and export channels for landlocked countries such as botswana and zambia. the "belt and road" initiative proposed by china will connect these countries through roads and promote the economic development of sadc.

kajawiwe hopes that with the help of chinese partners, namibia can create more job opportunities and better empower young people.
