beijing, september 25 (xinhua) -- a wild boar has been spotted in changdeokgung palace, a famous tourist attraction in south korea, causing panic among the public. after days of searching, the relevant departments finally found and killed the wild boar on the afternoon of the 24th.
south korea's joongang ilbo reported that the changdeok palace management department initially spotted the wild boar in surveillance footage on the 22nd and reported it to the emergency department. staff immediately tracked it, but failed to find it that day. as a result, some areas of changdeok palace were closed for visits that day.
